Electronic Diagnostic Medical Equipment

Daily Routine work:

1-Wipe dust off exterior and cover equipment after checks
2-Remove any tape, paper or foreign body from equipment
3-Check all fittings and accessories are mounted correctly
4-Check there for cracks in covers or liquid spillages
5-Check a brief function while running


Weekly Routine work:

1-Unplug, clean outside with damp cloth and dry off
2-Clean all filters and covers according to user manual
3-Check all loose screws and check parts are fitted tightly


Monthly Routine work:

1-Check mains cable has no bare wire and is not damaged
2-Check any paper, oil, batteries etc. required are sufficient

Other recommended tasks

Quarterly

1- Check all switches operate correctly


Semi annual

1-Check controls for correct positioning and operation
2- Check all bulbs, heaters and connectors for function

Annually Routine Work:

1- Check Wiring fault
2-Check mains socket Electrical cable fault
3-Check Voltage for main power at the socket
