Check the operation and abnormal noise / sound. D
Take log sheet every 2 hours. D
Check power supply for fluctuation. D
Check Oil Level. D
Check Oil temperature. D
Check gas level. D
Check flow switch functioning. D
Check Control & electrical connection. M
Check all safety control. 6M
Check vane operation. M
Lubricate vane linkage and other Moving parts. 6M
Calibrate all gauges. 6M
Check Motor Compressor terminals. 6M
Clean condenser and evaporator coils and replace gaskets. A
Clean and epoxy count marine box. A
Change oil and filter after maintenance. A
Change refrigerant filter. A
Test for leaks. A
Fill condenser and chilled water system.
Ensure that unit's internal heater is operating properly before start-up.
Inspect for proper operation of oil cooler.
Ensure that both chilled and condenser water make-up systems are operating properly.
Ensure proper operation of vanes and associated linkages.
Check motor assembly for proper alignment and lubrication.
Check operation of the lubrication system.
Inspect for refrigerant/oil leaks. Repair leaks if found.
Check refrigerant levels and recharge if needed
Note unit run time, number of starts.
Check all relays and operating/safety controls.
Ensure that controls are providing proper/efficient operation of chiller. Check chilled water
reset.
While chiller is operating, document all pressures and temperatures.
Observe all valves and piping, inspect for leaks, repair if necessary.
Inspect that all actuators, linkages, moving parts associated with chiller system control are
properly adjusted, tighten if necessary.
Observe chiller components (i.e. - pumps, controls, motors, etc.) for proper operation.
After first day of operation, flush and drain system to remove dirt and debris.
Observe unit while in operation, note any unusual noise or vibration.
Inspect for refrigerant/oil leaks. Repair leaks if found.
Observe all valves and piping, inspect for leaks, repair if necessary.
While chiller is operating, document all pressures and temperatures.
Check refrigerant levels and recharge if needed
Flush/clean chilled and condenser water piping strainers.
Inspect lubrication system for proper operation.
