Critical Tasks to be performed
1- Visual inspection for oil traces (sign of a refrigerant leakage). leaks or unusual noises
2- Air heat exchanger (condenser) cleaning
3- Check the unit alarm
4- Tighten the power circuit electrical connections
5- Check the electrical motorized valves & Check all the functional programs through BMS
Other recommended tasks
6- Check& re-tighten all control/command connections, if required
7- Check the presence and the condition of the electrical protection devices
8- Clean the condensers & Check the fans
9- Check the unit operating parameters and compare them with previous value
10- Cooler heaters are operating, secure and correctly positioned
11- Water side connections are clean and show no sign of leakage
12- Check the temperature and pressure gauges are showing correct value
13- Check the correct operation of heaters
14- Check the heaters are well attached to the oil separator ring
