2- Check the compressors for proper operation
3- Check the indoor unit blower for any abnormal sound/vibration
4- Top up refrigerant gas, if required
5- Check the copper pipe connections for any leakage

6- Condensing unit should be washed with water pressure or chemical if required
7- Check drain is clear & free flowing
8- Clean the external and internal surfaces of the casing with a damp cloth
9- Check the unit in running condition and note down the parameters
10- Check the condenser fans are running smoothly
11- Check the humidifiers and electric heaters for proper operation
