Daily Routine work:

1-Clean off dust with dry cloth and replace dust cover
2-Check battery charge indicator, power indicator
3-Check patient cable connector indicators
4-Check the machine calibration before use by 1mV pulse
5-Check the baseline of the ECG recording is steady
6-Check the printing is clear

Weekly Routine work:

1-Clean the printer printing head
2-Check all electrical plugs, sockets or cables
3-Check all switches,knobs and indicators are fitted


Monthly Routine work:

1-Check the calibration of the recordings with ECG simulator
2-Check the equipment operation by battery power

Other recommended tasks

Quarterly

1- Check the grounding Power
2-Check the patient cable continuity with continuity tester

Semi annual

1-Check the electrodes expiration date
2- Check limb electrodes and chest electrodes

Annually Routine Work:

1- Check the paper roller and replace if not smooth
2-Check the charging circuit and the rechargeable battery
