2- Motorized control dampers-check operation.
3- Fan and motor lubricate if necessary.
4- Check fan impeller/blower for any abnormal sound.
5- Check the motor for any deterioration.
Other recommended tasks
6- Motor casing and louvers-Check condition and clean.
7- Inspect Electrical connections for over heating or over loading tighten if necessary
8- Motor running current-note down motor running current at full load.
9- Check and clean starter panels.
10- Inspect the duct works for any damage.
11- Check Building Automation System controls.
