Critical Tasks to be performed


1- Check the accessory for proper attachment to the equipment and sharpen any teeth as necessary

2- Check for damage to the unit’s body rust, dents, chipped paint and scratches

3- Check the equipment’s brake line fluid levels, filters, connections and pressure

4- Check the voltage and amperage of the equipment’s electrical lines

5- Check the fuel delivery system is functioning correctly


Other recommended tasks


6- Check the hydraulic oil level and top-up when needed

7- Check the hydraulic lines, cylinders, hoses and fittings for leaks

8- Check Lift arms for leaking hydraulic lines, weak points and rust

9- Check Consistent lubrication of the joints and sleeves is essential

10- Check the springs, shocks, struts and undercarriage of the machine’s suspension system

11- Check the exhaust if it is giving off an abnormal sound

12- Check each part of the steering system wheels, tie rods, idler arms and ball joints

13- Check the tire tread depth, wear and PSI

14- Check tracks for wear. Scrutinize the idlers, cleats and treads, rollers, sprockets, shoes and links

15- Check the battery cell for corrosion, rust and grime and acid level

16- Check the rubber elements for cracking, fraying and discoloration and tension

17- Check the Coolant fluids for appropriate levels and colors

18- Check the engine’s oil, transmission, windshield, hydraulic and brake fluids

19- Check the condition of the tubes and whether they have leaks, dry rot or wear

20- Check the Diesel engines injectors

21- Check each grab point is secure with no rust or damage

22- Check the brake, warning and headlights

23- Check safety components inside the cab

24- Check all the glass areas, windshield, mirrors and lights
