Critical Tasks to be performed
1- Refill soap dispensers and replace empty paper towel rolls
2- Wipe down all equipment. Make sure to get underneath the equipment
3- Change foil lining on top of the ranges, grills, and flattops
4- Clean all sinks
5- Sweep and mop the floors
Other recommended tasks
6- Clean beverage dispenser heads in the soda fountains. Bars should clean the tips of the soda guns
7- Every night Wash utensils, small wares, flatware, and glassware and let them air dry overnight
8- Wipe down the walls wherever there are splashes
9- Disinfect prep area surfaces by suitable chemicals
10- Wash rags, towels, aprons, and uniforms in the washing machine
11- Sweep walk in storage areas and cold stores
12- Take out the trash and recycling
13- Disinfect the waste disposal area and clean the trash cans by suitable chemicals
