4- test all coils and connections for Freon leaks​

5- Check capacitors for hazardous leaks​

6- Inspect for interior cabinet contamination and mold growth​

7- Clean and sanitize evaporator coil​

8- Check and clean air filters​

9- Check all supply vents for proper air circulation​

10- Test heating elements for trouble-free operation​

11- Monitor Freon site glass​

12- Lubricate motor and blower bearings​

13- Check thermostat calibration & battery life​

14- Check all electrical components for proper operation​

15- Check operating temperatures and temperature drop across coils​

16- Check operating pressure ​

17- Test compressor’s running amperage​

18- Note all corrosion spots and apply protective film ​
