Inspect all pneumatic/electrical connections, tighten if necessary.
Observe and inspect VAV control box.
Inspect all fan wiring for deterioration.
Inspect motor-shaft connection and ensure tightness.
Clean dampers and fan blades.
Inspect controls and cycle actuators to ensure proper operation.
Verify that dampers open and close fully.
Inspect all linkages and ensure proper positioning.
