Tag log sheet every 2 hours.
Check power supply for fluctuation
Check oil level
Check Oil temperature
Check gas level
Check flow switch functioning
Check control and electric connection
Check all safety control
Caliberate all gauges
Clean evaporator coil
Clean condenser coil
Blow down control panel with blower
Check all electrical terminals
Check oil and filter after maintenance
Change oil and filter after maintenance.
Test for leaks

Running hour where recommended by the Manufacturer
Check unit for proper operation, excessive noise or vibration.
Run system diagnostics test.
Check oil level in sight glass of lead compressor only, add oil as necessary.
Check superheat and sub cooling temperatures.
Check liquid in line sight glass, oil and refrigerant pressures.
Check contactors, sensors and mechanical safety limits.
Check electrical wiring and connections; tighten loose connections.
Clean intake side of condenser coils, fans, and intake screens.
Inspect fan(s) or blower(s) for bent blades or imbalance.
Lubricate shaft bearings and motor bearings as required.
Inspect plumbing and valves for leaks, adjust as necessary.
Check evaporator and condenser for corrosion.
Clean chiller and surrounding area.
Fill out maintenance checklist and report deficiencies.
